Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know your servcies are genuine?
We are a new business, but we have several key experts that make up our team. We all have several years of business experience across several sectors and fully understand the difficulties in running a business. This is why we are creating an 'all- in -one' package for businesses.
And whilst we ould have gone for the big fancy building, with the non geographic 0333 phone number, it would have gone against what we are all about. All of our account managers operate on their own mobile phones, meaning that you can get hold of them whenever you need them. It also gives them the flexibility to get out there, meet up with you and discuss your business moving forward.
We also take great care in managing yours and your clients data. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office, and our ink is down below.
How much does the service cost and what do I get for it?
The cost of our services are £300, charged as a one off fee. As well as unlimite dlead generation, we will supply you a bespoke contract you can amend to every job you undertake, laying out clearly the terms you have set with your client.
Please note, the inital fees only applies to the first 1,000 businesses we will work with. Our fee will then increase to £600.
How will you survive on a low fee?
We have partnered up with several professionals who can offer you payroll, VAT return and self assessment returns that we will make small commissions from. Please note the services are not limited to those stated, and full accountancy services and tax advice can be received from our professionals, who are regulated by the relevant authorites. From this, we will receive a small 'introducers' fee.
We may also gather fees from solicitors you engage with, such as if you need to take a client through the small claims court. Please note, you can only usually claim for solicitors fees in a civil debt matter for amounts over £10,000.
Are all of the professionals you work with regulated?
Yes absolutely. Every professional we work with has registrations with their regulatory bodies, such as the ACCA or the AAT. We also ensure they hold valid indemnity insurances to protect you and your business.
How many businesses will you work with?
10,000 businesses across the West Midlands. We do not want to over encumber our account managers, which would take away from you and your business as they would have less time to dedicate themselves to your needs.
We cover Worcestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire and Staffordshire.
How many account managers will you have?
We have five, each to oversee 2,000 businesses a year. But as soon as you are onboarded you will have your own designated account manager to which you will have their direct line, including their mobile. Whilst this seems like a lot to contend with, we hope you need our services a little as possible!
You have social media channels? What is the point of this?
Every day we will share business across the UK, to advertise them to encourage direct use of their business. This means that hopefully, there will be no lead payment fees, or commissions to be paid to the big companies that are controlling the market.
We will also put any offers on social media channels that we are permitted to advertise, such as a partner offering 20% off accountancy fees, or a hotel offering 10% off. And any community work we engage is, will also be advertised through these channels.
What extra fees will I have to pay for debt recovery?
The county court has a fee scale ranging from £35 up to £455 on a claim less than £10,000 and then a flat 5% fee above this level. These fees are charged by the court upfront, meaning you will have to pay the fee before you can take your client through the court system, and then add it to the debt being recovered, including any interest.
One of our highly skilled team can help you work out the interest owed and fill in the paperwork for a claim correctly.
Please bear in mind, forr claims under £10,000 the courts do not usually award legal costs incurred whilst applying to get your money paid. However, on cases above £10,000, legal fees are usually awarded. Our civil litigation professionals can go to court on cases above £10,000 to ensure your case has the best chacne of success without charging you any fees upfront. These fees are added to the debt and will be paid to them on a pro rata basis against any payment made to you.
Is your builders contract legally binding?
Yes, and it is constantly under review by a civil litigation solicitor, meaning as the legislation changes, so does our agreement. This means that it is enforceable at court, should it need to be used. It is imperative that any work you undertake is protected under any agreement you give out, and therefore you should stick solely to the written contract and what is written in it.
Do you buy debt or give advice about it?
No we do not, we cannot do either legally, but we can help you enforce your debt and get you to court if required.
